Maybe we’re just being picky or used to “Jackie” standards, but today’s visit was sub par. I asked Maria to line up his front - looked fine at the shop but after his bath it doesn’t look straight. Also the fade on his back isn’t as blended as we accustomed to. Thanks Sam

I have the app and is a part of the loyalty program, it would be nice if they would ask first if I'm part of the loyalty program before ringing me up to pay so they can scan my barcode. These haircuts are cheap and we buy hair products there too. We would've gotten a lot of points so far, but I forget to show them my loyalty barcode and they don't ask.

I showed a picture of what I would like my son hair cut to be with a fade. His first haircut was pretty cute but I wanted more like the photo I showed. Anyway, A plus for effort and overall the hair dresser was super kind with superb customer service. Everything was really nice and cool concept. Just not as close to the photo I brought in as I would like.

Be more gentle to our sweet children when moving their head around during the cut. Our hairdresser was pushing my child's head around a little too aggressively for my liking. Also, please look at the timing of your appointments. Every time I go, I never get in at my appointment time. Sometimes we have to wait 20-30 after our appointment time before we start. If they are younger kids, they need longer appointment times.

Took my son this evening for a haircut. The service was good but thought it was kind of pricey for a 5 year old. I use to take my son to a barber shop where they shampooed conditioned cut and did designs for $20 ($25 with tip). I think $14 would be more appropriate for the service provided, or charge the price you ask for but have the tip included.
