We bring kids here because they don't adjust easily to adult salons. The employees must understand this fact and be prepared to deal with children who are challenging to sit through a haircut. I've had two instances where employee was being visibly upset and unable to handle the child, including this last visit. Not only she was unable to deal with my kid professionally, the haircut sucked as well. My kid was not throwing a full on tantrum, but was only trying to be close to his mom who was standing right next to him I've always ask for David who was very good at dealing with difficult children and would always do great haircuts despite the challenges. But....he is no longer there anymore :( Unless the employees show desire and ability to handle difficult kids with patience, there is no point using cookie cutters.
