It was ok. If I was bringing my toddler in for his/her first haircut, I wouldn't have minded much, but they lack in skills. The layers are uneven and it looks very choppy. Got it redone at a barber shop later. The playarea is nice to have but too dirty, some spills and sticky things, definitly needs cleaning. The staff are not unfriendly or friendly. They greet people but that's about it. I've had better hospitality at different salons. I did go because of groupon. I guess I got what I paid for.

Personally I think it is too expensive for a kids haircut... I would come more often if it was less expensive, but now I only come for special occasion cuts.

The haircut was uneven around the bangs and back looked unprofessionally done. Will not be back. When I was paying, there was a mother bring another little girl back for being uneven.

The facility and most staff are great there, however, at our last appt, the gentlemen that cut our son's (2 yr old) hair was very anxious and speedy, and seemed to be rushing. The kid before us had a meltdown and couldn't finish his cut with the guy, then our son has the same reaction. He didn't seem to know how to interact with kids. I think the kids picked up on his high anxiety and fed off of it. I sat my son in the seat, and gave him a sucker, which usually distracts him, however, the guy took the sucker from my son and was pushing him to play with the clippers, which my son was hesitant about, then he immediately started trying to cut my son's hair, which startled him, and he didn't give him back the sucker so I had to take it back and give it to him, but my son was already upset and it was all downhill from there. I also called it quits early so the experience wasn't too traumatic on my son.

After 2 hours there we have to go back to fix an uneven haircut and it not even the haircut we wanted.

Took my daughter in to get a haircut and once the lady was done she asked how it looked. My daughters hair was cut crooked longer on one side than the other so I pointed it out to her and she tried to tell me it was fine as she proceeded to trim. She had to fix it two times. Was thinking of taking my son in but I won’t be going again.
