We weren’t at all happy with the cut this time. It is clearly uneven and sticking up in the back, which never happened when we got his hair cut here before. When I mentioned that the front looked uneven, the stylist said,”well I can’t do anything about his hair growth patterns” and then cut it shorter just to show me that I was wrong and it wouldn’t be even. That bothered me a lot because no other stylist has had an issue getting his hair even and neat. In fact, when we came a couple months ago, his hair looked PERFECT. I’m sorry I don’t remember the name of the woman who cut his hair that time because she was gentle and kind and really made my son look handsome. The most recent stylist was the opposite. I felt like she was nice to us until I commented about possibly shortening the front. Then she made me feel bad for asking for it to be fixed. It suddenly wasn’t her fault and she blamed it on how his hair grows. Then I felt like I couldn’t say anything else because I seemed to have offended her. As a hair stylist, you should know how to work with all hair types. If a client isn’t happy, you should do your job in customer service and try to fix the issue. I don’t really want to come back now. It isn’t a cheap haircut and now I feel like I have to fix it myself. Very disappointing.

Always treat me late 15 20 minutes later than my appointment time.My child is so scared of haircuts she cries I got to my appointment early but still took me so late.If they know that they can't take it on time, then why don't they keep a gap in the time from one appointment to another?

I have been bringing my toddler for a year now. At the beginning it was good service. The last three visits left alot to desire for. The hairstylist requested my child for the next hair cut. Booked twice first time she was not there. The second time she sent someone else to do my child's hair. I would appreciate it if I could just be told not to book with them it would make things easier. The stylist was not busy so you could not say she had and excuse. Cleaning and finding something to do while you look at the customer to see of they are mad is something wild to do. Unfortunately I will be having to consider taking my child elsewhere he really enjoyed haircuts at this location. Thank you Vannessa for convincing us to not come back.

Our stylist Ron made many sexist comments. Eg mommy's fault you are here but not daddy's. Mommy won't be allowed in the car with hair in her but daddy will. Things like that. Made me not want to come back. It's not funny to be sexist.

This survey is specifically for RON (who did an absolute horrible job of a haircut). I would like to note that Claudia is an exceptional hair stylist who by God’s grace managed to fix the horrible haircut my boys received) 1. Overall, the haircut with Ron was an absolute disaster.. I have way more pictures to show, but it only let me add one. Claudia has multiple pictures on her phone and I asked her to relay the message to management. The haircut was uneven, and shaved in spots where he shouldn’t have shaved?! it was really hard to fix Micah’s haircut. Lucas bangs were chopped up and uneven. I have absolutely no words to the disaster of a haircut it was. I came in with my little baby so with three kids it was really hard to assess how the haircut was until I got home in my entire family told me I had to go back. 2. Ron was very messy when he cut my boys hair. Their entire jackets were covered in hair when we got home and they had hair all over their back. This has never been an issue with Claudia or any other cookie cutter hair specialist. My boys do not move around when getting their haircut so I’m not sure how he managed to create such a mess. He also did not blow dry their hair and my son had to come up to me and asked me to wipe his face since it was all wet and water was still dripping from his head. The other hairstylist do such an amazing job and always style his hair afterwards. 3. Ron definitely needs some pointers of things he’s allowed to say and not allowed to say to customers. After finding out that my husband is an attorney, he said multiple times “you must be rich” and “oh you’re rich!”. Then he started assuming where I live….. I just think this is very inappropriate and certain comments made me feel like he was forcing a bigger tip… I absolutely adore cookie cutters and I think the women that work here deserve so much appreciation because they are truly amazing at what they do and works so well with the kids. Ron has horrible customer service skills, he is super messy, and overall I’m not sure how he was ever hired as a hairstylist because if you look at the pictures, he does not know what he’s doing… I literally had people ask me if I gave my kids a haircut at home with kitchen scissors.

I have been a customer for several months going at least 1 to 2 times a month. This last time since we arrived everything was different. Lupe seemed to be upset and had a rude attitude towards David. My child was not cooperating, David was suppose to be the one that did the cutting, Lupe offered to take over, however I just wished I had walked away. My child didn't cooperate and I know it makes it more difficult for the stylist but I know this is a common issue and would expect her to be more understanding. She was very rude towards my husband and made him feel very uncomfortable. She had an attitude towards him and seemed annoyed not only with her coworkers but with my husband as well.
