Most of our experience have been great but this time the lady that did our sons hair cut seem to be rushing and little rough on our son. He is 18months and we understand he can be a handful but this is the worse haircut out of the three he has gotten there.

I brought both my kids in for a haircut. They both had long hair and we were showed them a picture of what style cut we wanted. My daughters hair turned out beautiful and the lady took her time but the lady that Di my son’s hair in the photo room half the amount of time and did not cut it the way we had asked for. We brought a picture of a prior cut my son had and asked for it to be done the same way. She cut way too much off the front and back of his hair. It is not what we asked for or wanted. When we got to the car my son asked why he didn’t get the cool haircut he wanted and I said it will grow back honey she just didn’t listen to what we asked for. We have got haircuts here several times and they have always done amazing but not today. I literally want to cry. At least it’s cold and he can wear a beanie till it grows out some.

Both haircuts did not turn out how I asked unfortunately my son had an incident where some kids beat him up so he was in the hospital the night of his haircut and I was not able to take him back to get it fixed until he healed . Was told I only had a 10 day grace time and had to pay extra to get haircut fix how I wanted it. Waste of $78 . Seems this place is just out for the money they don’t care about the customers.

Unfortunately, I was super disappointed by this experience. I had to fix my son's hair when we returned home and wish I had not spent the money to have it cut in the first place.

We have been going to Cookie Cutters for several years and have been pleased. Today was a different experience, while my grandson was in the chair the stylist left twice....once to answer the phone and the second time to greet and check in a new customer. (They did have a receptionist working at the time.) Both times she was gone a considerable amount of time. I felt this was rather rude and it left me with the feeling that our time was not important at all. I drive 30 minutes to get to this location but this may be my last time to make the trip. May be time to find another place.

I walked in and saw two new stylists. I was helped by a new male employee. He was friendly but definitely lacked skill. He cut my child’s hair terribly, and it was choppy and not blended. I’m disappointed because I’ve always had such a great experience, but this made me feel as if I could’ve done a better job myself.
