Cookie Cutters in West Valley has been very good to my children. Mine aren't always the easiest to work with but the stylists do a great job easing them into the process. We always go to Miltzi on Tuesdays, because my kids know her and ask for her, but I've seen that Shonda is great stylist, too. They're fair priced, for offering an indoor playground, bubbles, treats, and balloons. We like to utilize the many discounts they regularly offer (ask them and they'll gladly give you the info). Restroom has always been accessible and clean, and it's spacious.
