Hope at Cookie Cutters was awesome, we got there 10min early and she was able to start Shelbys haircut early! She really listened to the haircut style I was going for and gave Shelby a lollipop and ballon at the end of the visit! I never thought Shelbys first haircut would be that fun and easy!
