The 1st lady left my daughters hair so screwed up and crooked, that when we came back to have it fixed the lady had to cut another 2+ inches off! She was a lifesaver but I was still very upset about the 1st lady! That lady never addressed me anymore then to ask what she needed to do, never interacted with my child and rushed through our 30 minute apt in 7 minutes! When we came back the next lady (Shawnda) was great. Interacted with my kid, talke dwkth me and did everything she could to make it right. I don’t know that we will return to Cookie cutters, it’s been 9 months and the last apt wasn’t any better.
