In the last 4 years we have been to 3 different Cookie Cutter locations. (The one at the District was the worst- we always had an appt. but waited less than 30 mins.to be seen. FRUSTRATING! and the front desk ladies were always so rude. ) This location in WVC is the furthest from our home but we happily travel there for one reason: Emily M!! My kiddo loves her. (I also love her.) She has a great way of working with kids- without being too sappy sweet or condescending. Emily just really gets how to interact with my kiddo - how to make him feel heard and his wants respected all while making sure Mom is cool with what's happening too. She' a real sharp "cookie" and an asset to your location!
