Every time I go there everyone is great and friendly. My son is mildly autistic and struggles with getting a haircut. But the hair stylist is always friendly and understanding. Every hair stylist we’ve had has been like that and I’m forever grateful for them! I forget sometimes to leave feedback whenever I take my boy but please know that I’ve always had a good experience here and despite my son’s struggle they always make his hair look amazing and he always leaves looking very handsome! Thanks Cookie Cutters!

I take my kids to Teresa and she does an amazing job on my boys’ haircuts. I only take them to her because some of the other stylist we have seen have been a little sloppy with our boys haircuts. Teresa does an amazing job and is a perfectionist and makes sure everything is perfect. I’m a little disappointed that today they had a haircut with Teresa and my husband brought my kids there and we found out she was retiring and tthey would be seeing Whomever was available. . I would like to know in advance if I’m seeing somebody different. I’m not happy with their haircuts and I just feel a little angry that we weren’t aware prior to their appointment.

In have been bringing both of my sons here for some time. My oldest Grayson came home this time with a jacked up hard part. It’s like the hard part branched our towards the front so he has 2 lines instead of one. I had to take a guard and try and blend it as best I could. But there’s no covering it up. Missed long hairs around his ears and along the bag of his neck there were pieces missed as well. My boys are not difficult and follow direction when we come very easily. So either this person was extremely inexperienced or didn’t care one bit. My other boy came out handsome as ever! Disappointed with Grayson’s cut. And if this continues then we will have to go elsewhere. Especially for the money!!!

Shonda is always amazing, Marlee looks forward to haircuts every time we go. Marlee's hair always looks awesome. Also, the do extra touches like using glitter hairspray to make it an extra fun experience. Everyone that I have had interaction with at this location is so warm and friendly. I am very happy to take my daughter there.
