I took both of my sons to get their hair done, one of them it was his first time. My youngest son I didn't want to have his hair fully cut just trimmed up to even it out and remove what baby hair he still had that was constantly getting all matted up and in which she did a great job at doing that but I was disappointed in the fact that I had to pay full price for a full on haircut when all it was is a trimming. All in all I love cookie cutters and they are great with the kids I was just disappointed in the price.

Emily did a great job! But the way she talked to us was just like we were another number and didn't really care. She seemed to be in a rush (not while cutting hair, though). Overall a good experience. My kid's hair looks very good.

The location seems hidden from view of the public. Otherwise, we had a great visit.

If possible, could you keep the suckers out of sight of the waiting customers? It was very hard to explain to my 1-year old that he needed to wait until the haircut was over until he could have one.

I got 2 haircuts for 2 of my kids (age 3 and 2) from the same place but 2 really different experiences. The first was... okay. AND my son was being the best hes EVER been. Not moving. Not crying. Just zoned in on the TV. Yet the lady moved slow. Started with a 4, then a 3 then a 2. Even though I knew I wanted a 2 in the sides. It was just long and he came out with an okay haircut. Cane back with my second son and he wasnt nearly as good at sitting still. But she moved fast and gave him the best haircut I've ever seen on him!! So I'd just say even if they're good, move quickly still. And always style at the end! Unless they refuse it.
