When I walked in there was nobody else getting their hair cut and I had my two kids with me. The lady at the front desk was kind of snippy with me because I was 6 minutes late. I feel like she rushed cutting my child’s hair and didn’t do as good of job as I had hoped. I don’t know if you’ve ever tried getting somewhere on time with twin 2 year olds, but it’s not easy. I apologized multiple times for being slightly late but I still feel like I got treated differently.

Emily is fantastic with both my boys. She does a good job but mostly I love her attitude. Great girl!

The only reason I rated the overall experience low was the ac was out. It was uncomfortably warm, but everyone was trying to make the best of a bad situation.

They could definitely add more chairs in wait area, I went there after school and boy was it full. A lot of kids and parents were standing waiting.

Our stylist was great! Very friendly and great with my daughter. The other stylist who took our information when we walked in was not on her best day. She did not seem to be very happy to be there.

In have been bringing both of my sons here for some time. My oldest Grayson came home this time with a jacked up hard part. It’s like the hard part branched our towards the front so he has 2 lines instead of one. I had to take a guard and try and blend it as best I could. But there’s no covering it up. Missed long hairs around his ears and along the bag of his neck there were pieces missed as well. My boys are not difficult and follow direction when we come very easily. So either this person was extremely inexperienced or didn’t care one bit. My other boy came out handsome as ever! Disappointed with Grayson’s cut. And if this continues then we will have to go elsewhere. Especially for the money!!!
