I know places get busy and employees get tired, but I feel that tone is very important, especially with young children. When we first walked in it was like it was a hassle to have us there. Our stylist was fine but I felt like we were rushed and my child was a little scared since this is not his normal cookie cutters that we take him to. I’m not sure if we will be back to this location. Especially when notes are out on accounts and then not followed.

I've been a customer for 8 years but I've only visited this location 2 times. 1st time was great, friendly people, fast haircut. This time it was horrible, shonda. Seemed bored, very unfriendly and kind of rude, i brought my 1 year old and i told her he doesn't like haircuts prior to her starting it, i asked her to do whatever is faster because he'd cry. Well she ran out of patience and kept on telling him "you need to sit down" as i was holding his hands and he was behaving horribly, it took her like 15 minutes to get him done by the time he was gasping for air because he cried so much. When i played then she was friendly..just for the top. I left her $7 because it's xmas but i won't go back there. I'll return to the district or call ahead to see who's working.

I take my kids to Teresa and she does an amazing job on my boys’ haircuts. I only take them to her because some of the other stylist we have seen have been a little sloppy with our boys haircuts. Teresa does an amazing job and is a perfectionist and makes sure everything is perfect. I’m a little disappointed that today they had a haircut with Teresa and my husband brought my kids there and we found out she was retiring and tthey would be seeing Whomever was available. . I would like to know in advance if I’m seeing somebody different. I’m not happy with their haircuts and I just feel a little angry that we weren’t aware prior to their appointment.

The stylist that wasn't cutting my son's hair was giving me crusty looks. She didn't appreciate my children being loud on the slide. We were the only ones in the salon. I called to make an appointment and the phone hung up on me after telling me that I needed to download the app. to make an appointment. The app is a complete waste and I hated using it! I uninstalled it as soon as my appointment was over. There is no reason that the app needed to know my exact location. I couldn't search for a location by my zip code only. It also did not provide me with any address information when I made my appointment. It just said my city. Good thing I already knew where it was. Soooo Stupid!!

This is our third visit at cookie cutters and typically the service is great. We have twin boys who are one year old and we took them in for haircuts today and my one son’s hairstylist started out” friendly” but then became more condescending as our visit continued. At one point she even snapped at our three year old for leaning on the car. I was clear about wanting to stay clear from clippers this time around, and after some miscommunication she used the clippers around his ears. This wouldn’t have been a big deal if she didn’t try to rush us and tell us it looked good. The way it was clipped literally made it look like my son had a mullet and when I pointed it out, she was extremely rude in her delivery and mannerisms. She wasn’t listening to what I was trying to explain to her and instead took it upon herself to explain how my sons had different hair, as if I wasn’t aware of that already. I told her I understood, but that I wanted his hair to be fixed and she told me that what I wasn’t understanding was that she would need to use the clippers for the back of his hair. Blatantly ignoring the fact that she had already used the clippers around his ears, which was the cause of the mullet in the first place. So using clippers to blend, the now mullet, that needed fixing should not have been an issue, but she was too busy being defensive to allow me the opportunity to tell her to go ahead and use the clippers. The whole situation was just uncomfortable and unnecessary and his haircut turned out fine, but we would not ever recommend her as a hair stylist. She was rash, dismissive and patronizing and we will not be returning to this location.

This haircut was unusually not good looking. The lady left him covered in hair. I pointed it out to her and she handed me a lint roller. I left a tip but she really didn't deserve it. I just tipped out of pity.
