I had an appt with a my regular stylist and she called in sick that day. The stylist covering for her called to make sure I wanted to keep my appt or reschedule, which I thought was very thoughtful. I needed my boys hair cut for an upcoming event this weekend so I kept my appt. The girl who cut his hair was so nice and asked how we liked his hair cut and took suggestions very well. She did a great job made sure we were happy with the haircut. Very good experience in a hard situation for both parties who were put in the unexpected situation.
