Was not very satisfied this time. Seems to be hit and miss depending on who we get. Shaved his hair line an inch up in the back, looks real bad. He was not happy today and it was a battle but this didn't seem to be a result of that, never has anyone said I need to make my 18momth old tip his head down and hold it, as if that would work.

Last time we went to cookie cutters we had Stephanie. She was good the time before. The haircut was nice. However, the last time she was 45 minutes late then she rushed through my sons haircut. The haircut was terrible. It was very uneven, just terrible. We scheduled another appointment and requested someone else this time.

We have been going to cookie cutters since the military moved us from FL to here. Lauren is amazing with both our kids Parker 1 and Piper 3. We have used others but the the explerience wasn't the same. Lauren is just so amazing we couldn't see anyone else after seeing her. She takes pride in what she does and is always smiling so happy and bubbly. My daughter just adores her as she asks mommy when can we see Lauren gonna get a hair cut and ballon lol. She is definitely the reason we keep going back and will continue as long as she is there. She truly is the best hairstylist for kids I have ever met. Thank you so much it's hard from being so long away from home to have her feels like we are family. Thank you so much and I refer you all at cookie cutters the page in general to the military wives all the time and will continue too. Parker and Parkers mom Rachel Smith
