Love Shantel she does an awesome job on my sons hair. What I most appreciate is she takes her time and makes sure he feels comfortable with what she’s doing. He used to be terrible for haircuts but he really likes Shantel. The overall experience is great!

I'm sure they want to get the haircut over with fast as kids have little patience however the person who cut my sons hair was super fast and didn't even line up his hairline correctly, I usually pay $13 at a barbershop and they will spend so much time on his hair making sure the lines are clean. This woman just seemed to want to get him out of her chair as soon as possible. I was not impressed, and didn't feel welcomed. The receptionist however was really nice to us.

My son has a sensory disorder which makes haircuts a nightmare . We only take him to Cookie Cutters now. It is the only salon where the stylists are patient and understanding. They also give the best haircuts! We drive from Logan to Bountiful just to come here!:)
