My experience here with my 18 month old son was amazing. The place is super cute and had everything they possibly could have had to entertain his interests while cutting his hair. A car to sit in, buttons to push for sound, even his favorite show on Netflix. And there's a play area with a slide for before or after or for siblings. The girl that cut his hair was fast, efficient, and gentle-- my son hardly seemed bothered at all (kudos to him too for being so amazingly good for her). I think it only took 5-10 minutes. She cut his hair the way I asked, even when I was being picky (in hindsight the way she cut his hair before I intervened was superior to my own ideas, but that's on me, and just personal preference--it was his first professional cut and I didn't know quite what I wanted. The quality of the cut was great both ways). Anyway, I'll definitely be back.
