I wish the website had the prices on it. When I made the appointment online (which I loved) I asked for a shampoo and cut. When I got there I dont think the lady read it close to what I wanted But we were very happy with the service and the cut and style of my daughters hair.

This cookie cutter salon does a great job! The first time I went with my little one I was with an inexperienced stylist but finding the right stylist for our needs was the best. Stephanie J is amazing with my little one and I would recommend her to anyone!

Shantel is amazing! I request her every time. She does such a great job on both of my boy's hair. One has crazy cowlicks and she has helped figure out the best way for his hair. The other was terrified of haircuts after having his ear cut with clippers at another salon. She has made him comfortable and he does great now. She's so patient and listens and checks things with me. Love Cookie Cutters and Shantel!

Our appointment felt very rushed. The person spent about 2-3 minutes TOPS cutting our son's hair, and her scissor work felt fast and sloppy. She kept saying she was done and asking if it was okay, and we had to point out obvious spots that she missed where there were long chunks of hair still uncut. Then, after we got home, we found several strands of long hair that were also uncut and had to cut them all ourselves! To top it off, they charged us $16! We'll be taking him to a professional barber next tie instead of Cookie Cutters.

Was kindly greeted by the staff. I was seen at my appointment time. My son was very entertained by all the fun toys. I was very impressed at how efficient and patient the staff was with my son. Definitely going back!
