I showed the hairdresser a picture of the cut I wanted for my son. His hair was long enough for the cut, basically shape it up and add layers. The cut we got was super short with layers. How hard is it to follow directions?!

Wonderful place for a 1st haircut! My son is 16 months and loved to pick his own car to sit in! The woman who cut his hair did fantastic!

Only reason I put 9 for professional advice is because I'm not sure how much "professional" advice can be given about an 11 month old's hair. I didn't receive any advice so I don't think this question is very applicable to me.

The first picture is my daughters the second is the one I showed the stylist. Her bangs are uneven. She was really kind but not experienced/ professional. She cut her banks way to short to start with so it did not give her opportunity to work on it. It has been several months since we went back to cookie cutters because of the terrible few experiences we had with different people. The price for the haircut is not a bargain for the quality of service provided. I don’t think we will come back

Usually my experience is very personal. the lady that cut my sons hair didn't care for my opinion and didn't make the corrections that his hair needed. I would refer people I know to Cookie Cutters but I would tell them to not go to Stephanie for the cut. Not a good experience with her.
