My child was not the best during his haircut he is (autistic) However when we left we had long pieces and short pieces when I got home I just buzzed it it looked terrible.. even below where the clippers were used was awful. Then paying $16 for it was just upsetting.

I'm sure they want to get the haircut over with fast as kids have little patience however the person who cut my sons hair was super fast and didn't even line up his hairline correctly, I usually pay $13 at a barbershop and they will spend so much time on his hair making sure the lines are clean. This woman just seemed to want to get him out of her chair as soon as possible. I was not impressed, and didn't feel welcomed. The receptionist however was really nice to us.

We should have been informed that he price for cutting hair around ears is the same as doing a full blown haircut.

The person had rush, did not even dry or style my daughter's hair, for a $15 dolar cute, it was so not worth it. It was the first time that happened, but lately every time I go there are different hair stylers, so I dont know whats going on

I was so excited to go back and get my child's hair cut. But the stylist were diffrent. The one we got missed spots in my child's hair. I asked her about 1 spot she said well I can try but that's not my fault it's the way his hair grows. Most people would just keep it longer. Really on the side of his face 2 inches of hair. I don't think so. Missed several hairs around his ears and bottom of neck. She said it's cause he is moving I can't get a bbetter hair cut. Was disappointed this time around. Will try another place next month.

We've been coming to cookie cutters for years. The last two times both of my girls have not gotten very good haircuts. Last time one had very uneven hair in the back. This time my daughter wanted a stacked bob with an a-line in the front. The beautician didn't do the a-line, she cut it much to short in the front for an a-line, and it wasn't stacked, and still uneven. I love the environment there, but unfortunately probably won't be returning again. We drive a good distance to go to Cookie Cutters, I'd rather stay closer and not have the fun environment for my kids and guarantee a good cut.
