Haven't really had good hair cuts done besides my son's 1 year, but today, Jan 16th 2015, a lady named Rachel cut my son's hair and did an excellent job!!

I've had a hard time getting a consistent, good bang cut for my daughter. I find it difficult to ask for it to be fixed by the person who just gave us a bad cut so I sometimes leave disappointed with the bang cut and wishing I could have someone else fix it.

I had an appt with a my regular stylist and she called in sick that day. The stylist covering for her called to make sure I wanted to keep my appt or reschedule, which I thought was very thoughtful. I needed my boys hair cut for an upcoming event this weekend so I kept my appt. The girl who cut his hair was so nice and asked how we liked his hair cut and took suggestions very well. She did a great job made sure we were happy with the haircut. Very good experience in a hard situation for both parties who were put in the unexpected situation.

Everything was great as usual! However my son has really thin hair and we always go in for a trim and only pay $5.99 or so! Our last visit we were charged $10.95 for the same work. A little shocked when my child didn't even lose an inch of hair. Just a bang trim basically.

We were very pleased with both gals that helped us today. Both of my kids loved their experience and their new haircuts. My son loved flying the airplane with getting his hair done and my daughter loved that they put glitter in her hair when they were done. We will definitely be back. This environment helps me want to take my kids to get their hair cut.

Stylist was very patient and encouraging with my anxious 3 year old. Very happy with his haircut, will definitely be coming back!
