Every time I have been there on a Saturday there are only two stylists working and they have to turn away all walk-ins because they are booked for the rest of the day. Seems like they should be better staffed to meet demand.

There was many places on my daughters bangs that missed getting cut and I just had to do it at home. I'm not too fond of paying $15 for them to spend ~5 minutes to cut my 2 year old daughters hair when I had to fix their mistakes.

For a 15 minute appointment, $15 feels steep. Even at the discounted rate of 5 for $60, that puts a haircut at $12 and that is still a little high. However, my kids love to come here and the haircuts are better than I can do at home so we come on occasion. I feel like if the rates were lower, I’d be more willing to come more often.

Saturday's are always really busy. I have noticed this for at least a year. It would seem to me that you should increase staff on that day to meet demand. You are losing customers because it is impossible to get a haircut in a timely manner.

My sons hair was cut WAAAAAY shorter than I wanted. And the cut itself was very uneven. It looked like my 2year old cut his own hair.

The price recently went up which makes it a little too much in my opinion for a quick trim. They did a good job and were very kind.
