Every time I have been there on a Saturday there are only two stylists working and they have to turn away all walk-ins because they are booked for the rest of the day. Seems like they should be better staffed to meet demand.

Tiffany is always so friendly and patient! She's obviously got the patience of a saint to cut a squirmy 2 year olds hair. The environment is super kid friendly. Tv at every station, toys and they get to pick their chair. They have a slide to keep kiddos busy in the event that you have to wait. She's always cute as a button when her hair is done and is super excited to get a balloon and sucker when she's finished.

I was very impressed with the overall service. I believe it was Samantha who cut my daughters hair, and she was fantastic. She made the experience really good for my daughter.
