The hair stylist didn't ask my daughter if she wanted braids in her hair. I just felt like she was rushing us out. She didn't even offer a balloon. I had to ask for a balloon. Usually the service here is very good but I didn't feel like that today. There was little patience for my 5 year old daughter. There was some patience, but the hairdresser was either having a bad day or didn't like her job.

Saturday's are always really busy. I have noticed this for at least a year. It would seem to me that you should increase staff on that day to meet demand. You are losing customers because it is impossible to get a haircut in a timely manner.

This was her very 1st haircut.(16 months) The gal who did her hair has the patience of a saint! P was wiggly and squirmy and even fussy a bit at the end. The outcome was a great little haircut and the cutest French braided piggy tales! Definitely will be back!

I wish I would have paid attention to the name of the girl who cut Jude’s hair! She was amazing! She was super thorough and paid close attention to details. This is the best hair cut Jude has received. Thank you!!!!!!!
