We do not live in the area, so every time we are in town we get the kids haircut here. Over the four years we've been going here I noticed during this last visit that the upkeep of the salon has deteriorated. It was not very clean. The floor was so dirty. There was hair in all the cracks and crevices from the chairs, in the kids play area, all the way to the front door. Even though the haircuts are good, I'm not as inclined to return.

Everything was great as usual! However my son has really thin hair and we always go in for a trim and only pay $5.99 or so! Our last visit we were charged $10.95 for the same work. A little shocked when my child didn't even lose an inch of hair. Just a bang trim basically.

Very impressed with the service. The employees are always so nice. The kid friendly environment makes it an enjoyable experience for my kids and stress free for me as a Mom.

We have tried to give my son several haircuts at home that have always ended with him kicking and screaming. We decided to try something different by taking him to Cookie Cutters and there were no tears at all! In fact, he told us that he loves getting his hair cut and wants to go back as soon as possible to try out another cool chair. We will definitely be going to Cookie Cutters from now on.

I used to love taking my toddler son to the Cookie Cutters in Bountiful but it seems that the stylists have all recently changed. The last two times my son got his haircut here, we had terrible experiences. The employees who did the cuts were less than friendly and weren't relatable to my child at all. I also didn't care for the haircuts and didn't feel like they listened to what I wanted or explained what they were doing in a way that I could understand. I will be searching for a new place to get my boys hair cut.

We have been going to cookie cutters since the military moved us from FL to here. Lauren is amazing with both our kids Parker 1 and Piper 3. We have used others but the the explerience wasn't the same. Lauren is just so amazing we couldn't see anyone else after seeing her. She takes pride in what she does and is always smiling so happy and bubbly. My daughter just adores her as she asks mommy when can we see Lauren gonna get a hair cut and ballon lol. She is definitely the reason we keep going back and will continue as long as she is there. She truly is the best hairstylist for kids I have ever met. Thank you so much it's hard from being so long away from home to have her feels like we are family.
