The staff is very friendly and help to make Bentley feel comfortable and not afraid. They are really fast and they let him feel the clippers so it satisfies his curiosity on what is about to happen. They talk to him and keep him occupied. Overall, I have been very pleased with every experience.

Sienna always takes her time to make sure the cut is exactly what we want... not just the parents, but the kid's opinion too. She's the reason we keep coming back.

Sienna is a wonderful stylist!!! She always does a perfect cut on my kids' hair. Plus, her pleasant personality always makes us feel welcome. In fact, she's so amazing, my sister now goes to Cookie Cutters because of her experience with Sienna, too.
