The first cut we got, by Shandi, was lopsided and choppy. She missed steps and didn’t ask enough clarification for what I wanted. She also failed to do the checks afterwards or let me check it before she started braiding. We ended up having to go back and it took Chantel and full 40 minutes to fix it. Chantel was great and super helpful. I would suggest that Shandi get more training as I’ve learned that she cut my friends kids hair also, and it turned into a 3in lopsided mullet instead of a bob.

Usually my experience is very personal. the lady that cut my sons hair didn't care for my opinion and didn't make the corrections that his hair needed. I would refer people I know to Cookie Cutters but I would tell them to not go to Stephanie for the cut. Not a good experience with her.

Last time we went to cookie cutters we had Stephanie. She was good the time before. The haircut was nice. However, the last time she was 45 minutes late then she rushed through my sons haircut. The haircut was terrible. It was very uneven, just terrible. We scheduled another appointment and requested someone else this time.

I am really disappointed with out experience and feel like I really overpaid for what we received. This was my toddler’s first hair cut and her hair is so fine and very mullet-like. I just wanted the stylist to clean it up and cut the back shorter and evenly, like a longer bob. I felt as though she barely touched the back, cut too much from the front and left it pretty jacked overall. I asked her to cut more off the back and she told me my daughter would need to keep her head down for that. So I put a lot of effort into distracting my daughter and keeping her looking down, but the stylist barely took anything off and then put her hair in pigtails before I could really ask for much more of a cut. I took the pigtails out at home and I feel as though her hair looks worse now. I intended to purchase the baby’s first haircut package, but paying $20 for an experience like this is ridiculous. Even paying $16 is too much, plus we drove quite a ways since this seems to be the only kid salon around. I’m really disappointed.

Stylist had no clue what she was doing. Butchered this hair. Went way to short. Didnt section out bangs. Didnt use a guide. . Simple bob cut, but totally butchered the hair. So so so sad about it.
