We were very pleased with both gals that helped us today. Both of my kids loved their experience and their new haircuts. My son loved flying the airplane with getting his hair done and my daughter loved that they put glitter in her hair when they were done. We will definitely be back. This environment helps me want to take my kids to get their hair cut.

The customer service is always excellent! Ladies are great with kids! However I will always think that $14 trim/ haircut is too expensive FOR KIDS. Again everything else is great. Thank you!

Everything was great as usual! However my son has really thin hair and we always go in for a trim and only pay $5.99 or so! Our last visit we were charged $10.95 for the same work. A little shocked when my child didn't even lose an inch of hair. Just a bang trim basically.

I had an appt with a my regular stylist and she called in sick that day. The stylist covering for her called to make sure I wanted to keep my appt or reschedule, which I thought was very thoughtful. I needed my boys hair cut for an upcoming event this weekend so I kept my appt. The girl who cut his hair was so nice and asked how we liked his hair cut and took suggestions very well. She did a great job made sure we were happy with the haircut. Very good experience in a hard situation for both parties who were put in the unexpected situation.

Jill was amazing with Evan. He has yet to have a good experience or haircut and while he was still upset today, she was patient and kind and got the job done. thank you

We love going to Cookie Cutters. In his earliest years of getting home haircuts I traumatized my son to the point where the sound of clippers sent him into a state of panic. We first went to cookie cutters out of desperation and after a year, he is progressing in this fear. Today he sat calmly enough that we actually got the back of the neck trimmed up! :-) He actually looks forward to getting his hair cut these days. My only complaint is that while there are two holders for tablets on the wall, only one was in place. The video game system was also off. With two kids and a bit of a wait on a busy Monday morning it would have been nice to have a couple more "fun" things for the kids to do while they waited.
