Saturday's are always really busy. I have noticed this for at least a year. It would seem to me that you should increase staff on that day to meet demand. You are losing customers because it is impossible to get a haircut in a timely manner.

For a 15 minute appointment, $15 feels steep. Even at the discounted rate of 5 for $60, that puts a haircut at $12 and that is still a little high. However, my kids love to come here and the haircuts are better than I can do at home so we come on occasion. I feel like if the rates were lower, I’d be more willing to come more often.

There was many places on my daughters bangs that missed getting cut and I just had to do it at home. I'm not too fond of paying $15 for them to spend ~5 minutes to cut my 2 year old daughters hair when I had to fix their mistakes.

Every time I have been there on a Saturday there are only two stylists working and they have to turn away all walk-ins because they are booked for the rest of the day. Seems like they should be better staffed to meet demand.

Was not very satisfied this time. Seems to be hit and miss depending on who we get. Shaved his hair line an inch up in the back, looks real bad. He was not happy today and it was a battle but this didn't seem to be a result of that, never has anyone said I need to make my 18momth old tip his head down and hold it, as if that would work.

I love the idea behind Cookie Cutters. I'd like to cut my kids hair myself, but they are so wiggly when they are little. The stylist had lots of good techniques to get my daughter to sit still or move her head the right way. It was fast and fun. I didn't have to wait at all for my appointment. She sent my daughter home with a cute braid too. My only problem is that when I came home and looked more closely I realized that there were some uneven parts (almost an inch longer than the rest). I'll have to trim those up myself. But it's a great place for kids haircuts!
