Marisa is terrific. I asked about smoothing after some negative experience with terrible humidity and rain. She recommended keratin, telling me how the process works, limits while it is “curing” and suggested ways to dry my hair now to limit frizziness. I appreciated that and the pride and care she takes with her work.
