Every time I buy product, they tell me I can bring it back if I'm not happy. I've never had to do it before so I wasn't sure how it would go. Not only did they readily take the products back, they seemed sincerely interested in why I didn't like the products. A pleasant surprise - thanks, On Stage.

I would like to compliment Debbie H.for her outstanding work. I am always happy with my color, highlights and haircuts. I have gone to this salon for many years. I followed Debbie here from another place. She is the reason I am a loyal On Stage customer!

I went to Karen and she basically saved me. I had the worst hair cut on Monday at a different salon and she spent an hour fixing it... and it literally took that long! I love how she was able to save such a bad cut and she was a pleasure to hang out with for that time too! The only thing I didn't like about booking my appointment online was that I wasn't able to see who it would be with. Karen ended up being wonderful, so it totally worked out and I'm sure it would with anyone else too.
