OMG! I'm so excited about winning the raffle. As I have said many times before I LOVE On Stage. I've been going to Nikki for 14 years and she's the BEST. Andrea is my hair stylist and she's the Best. The whole staff at On Stage is awesome and I love each and every one there.

Tina does a great job. Staff are very friendly. The only issue that I have is that you have a contact us email function on your website and no one ever follows up on those emails that I have sent.

I enjoy the friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I wish the hair washing station would be in a quite space. Ilana's provides a wonderful massage while washing my hair. The noise of the employees walking back and forth and talking leaves a less then desired feeling. It takes away from the overall experience.

Thank you Jill! We agree, the structure of the building does not allow us to isolate the shampoo area. We also wish there was a way to make the wash house a more quiet area. Love this idea!

I understand that you offer coupons to new clients as you want to increase your clientele but it would be nice to offer a coupons once in a while to your loyal clients too.
