We visited as a result of bot being happy with the original haircut. The owner contacted us and rescheduled us to come back a week later. The original stylist was pleasant but didn’t seem comfortable cutting our 12 month old sons hair as short as we wanted it. We showed the second stylist what we were looking for. We put our son on my wife’s lap, put coco melon on the tv and got to work. She did an exceptional job. I was told by the owner that the recut was gratis since he feels obligated to stand behind his work. I tipped the stylist well and asked her to give me her card so we can schedule future cuts with her. I have to say, I am very impressed with how the owner and the stylist we worked with addressed the recut. This type of client centric commitment is seldom seen these days. We will come back for future cuts.
