My son has severe social anxiety and well as several diagnosed behavorial issues. Getting his haircut is less than fun. Yesterday, Mickey at the Brunswick, OH location, cut his hair. He always insists on sitting on my lap even though he's 5 but Mickey showed no hesitation about that. She was so patient and understanding of his behavior and hesitancy. She didn't make me feel ashamed or embarrassed about his behavior. She talked to him kindly, gently, and with encouragement. For as long as I can, we will make our appts with Mickey. She is a gem. Give that girl a raise!
