The staff has made notes in my son's profile in their computer system about how we like his hair to be cut. The ladies always check the notes and then check with me to make sure it's still what we want before they start cutting his hair -- I really appreciate this because I don't have to explain it every time we go for a cut, and any of the ladies can cut his hair just right, based on those notes. Everyone is always cheerful and great with the kids. We know we can always count on having a great experience when we walk through the door each month.
