Everything was great with the actually hair cut. My only complaint is that there are protocols for covid that were not followed. I sat out in the car while my husband took our kiddo in. He had a mask on. Two other family’s had two sets of guardians with no masks. The only reason I had booked an appointment was because I saw you guys had great protocols. Now I’m unsure if we will be returning during covid. I was pretty upset. Why say you have protocols if you are not going to follow them.
