This was only our second time here. The first time - my babys very first haircut they cut his ear. I decided to give them another try for his second haircut(this visit) and the women cut his hair so badly! She accidentally chopped off the front of his hair he ended up with a half buzz cut which is not what we wanted at all. Then she also missed huge sections. Im extremely disappointed as we drove 30 minutes each time for the fun atmosphere but if the haircuts cannot be done properly then theres no point. After I left a review about the first appointment someone said they were going to reach out to me and never did, despite me reaching out to them multiple times.

I'm not sure of all the names of the women working today at the Jupiter FL cookie cutters (Sunday, May 4 at 1:30-2:30pm) but it was chaos and they were so kind, calm and just made it all happen. It was insanity and they handled it with a great attitude and professionalism! It's really hard to find good workers but they were all great.
