I was really nervous about taking our 2 year old (almost 3) son to get his first haircut because of unfavorable Google reviews but I couldn’t be more grateful to Ruth and her staff for making his first haircut the positive experience I was hoping for. Our son has been red flagged for autism and is startled by loud noises so naturally I was concerned about the use of electric clippers. Ruth respected that and cut his hair with scissors. When I requested she try the clippers she did so cautiously and patiently. They kept him calm the entire time which I was afraid would be an issue. All in all it was a highly pleasant experience and I’m so happy we used cookie cutters’ expert services! Their baby’s first haircut package was absolutely darling too! Thank you Ruth!
