The person cutting my son's hair asked our nanny who was with him if he was Indian. Our nanny said yes, his parents are of Indian origin. The person proceeded to tell our nanny how Indians are cheap and never tip her well, in front of my young son. My nanny was extremely uncomfortable and this woman would not stop saying negative things about Indian people. I am disgusted that someone would do this, especially in front of a young Indian boy. We will never come back to this shop.

This was only our second time here. The first time - my babys very first haircut they cut his ear. I decided to give them another try for his second haircut(this visit) and the women cut his hair so badly! She accidentally chopped off the front of his hair he ended up with a half buzz cut which is not what we wanted at all. Then she also missed huge sections. Im extremely disappointed as we drove 30 minutes each time for the fun atmosphere but if the haircuts cannot be done properly then theres no point. After I left a review about the first appointment someone said they were going to reach out to me and never did, despite me reaching out to them multiple times.

The stylist DID NOT SANITIZE HER INSTRUMENTS. Yuck. Used a dirty rag to wipe hair from her station, then on to the next kid. Got out a clean comb, but did nothing at all to sanitize her scissors or clippers. When we asked her to please do that, she quickly spritzed with something then wiped them off with the same dirty rag. She didn't clean anything on the parts of the chair that the child is encouraged to touch. Would never go there again. Gross.

The service was terrible. I was charged $40 for my daughter’s cut. She has long hair and it came out crooked. Stylist sat on a chair my daughter standing up and did not even wet hair to cute terrible. Took forever. Had to go elsewhere right after to get it fixed. Terrible.

We arrived 2 minutes late, but then spent the next 40 waiting for the stylist to get us. She kept walking away to grab supplies and was very slow cutting his hair. Yes he was upset and crying, but she scared him with the clippers. I was so frustrated that I said forget the certificate and pieces of hair, which honestly were swept up before we could even get some. Overall a horrible experience and will never return.

I was not happy with my child’s haircut. I feel that most boys heads are shaved off. I explicitly said I like long hair and to only use clippers over the ears and neckline. Instead, the stylist understood she could shave the back and cut at the top. I feel that if I would have not stopped her, she would’ve to chase my child’s golden hair at the top. She used scissors on the top but shaved all around the back. Very unhappy and I paid for the service at a courtesy. I feel that you should hire Stylist than know how to cut various haircuts. And if the Stylist did not understand what I was talking about, she could’ve asked for a picture. On top of everything, my child’s neck is all red. I’m not sure if she got upset because I expressed that I do not like the haircut, but this is the first time his neck looks all scraped. I do not know how to cut hair, but it looks like somebody with no experience cut my child’s hair. I know grow hair grows back. But this is the holidays. Now I have to hope that is OK for Christmas.
