I was annoyed that they booked 3 appointments for 11:00 and only one stylist was available. Nicole did work quickly to get us all in and out quickly.

It’s always a good experience here, but today we waited 30 minutes past our scheduled appointment. It would have been nice if someone came up to me and told me where we were in line. My 3yo kept asking “am I next?”

I come to Cookie Cutters for Nicole. She is amazing. She is great with my son and easy to work with. That is where my good experience ends. I have had multiple booking where I requested particular sylists only to show up and find out they are not working tbat day/that location/ even works there at all anymore. I have had all 3 happen. Management either doesnt care or doesnt know- both are a problem.

The bathroom needs a stool for young children to be able to wash their hands.
