Our stylist was very friendly and nice, but after a day of looking at my kidney hair cuts, they are really choppy. My husband was uosrt about it because he could do a better job and we paid$22 for two choppy haircuts.

We enjoy coming to this salon, even drive 45 minutes! Today, we were disappointed to learn when we showed up for our appointment, that there was a 25-30 minute delay. There should be more time in between each appointment to account for children having a difficult time and for just a typical kid haircut. Please consider more time when scheduling.

Honestly, I only go there because of Nikki. I’ve had some not so great experiences with other stylists here until we booked with Nikki. Ruth on the other hand, I am so confused as to why she’s still working there. The way she treats customers is the reason why you lose customers. If a client is scared, cries or anything except calm, she treats you horrible. I’ve had some friends go to her before (I wanna say it’s been a while) and they’ve all said the same thing. Keeping Ruth as an employee is keeping your company from growing. I’ve witnessed her mistreating a client as well an employees with my very own eyes. As I have stated, we go to Nikki and am so grateful for her. My older son is autistic and he feels so comfortable with her and well as my younger son now. I know there is no manager on site but please have a talk with your employees and remind them that there are kids that won’t be as “behaved” or will be terrified of getting their hair cut. Thank you.

I saw Jillian today which is was super sweet and nice but unfortunately the haircut didn’t turn out well at all. I asked for this: “ 1 on side high fade and then we leave the front a little longer to curl up. But we want a 2/3 on top based off of scissors and the blending” there was no scissors used. It looks like a buzz cut and not blended at all. I have more photos to provide but this survey doesn’t allow only but one. We go there all the time and see Chelsea and Keshia and never had this issue. It’s so bad I have to have him wear a hat for a few days. I leave an hour and 45 minutes away so it’s a long drive but I do it because I love the salon. Just wanted to give you my feedback.

This location needs a deep cleaning. The AC was broken and the poor hairdresser was sweating during customers appointment. We loved coming to see Ruth and Chelsie however, the play area in the front is in need of a deep cleaning along with the location. My daughters were playing on the play area and got off covered in hair:( Love the staff but the location just needs a little TLC!!

Apppintment was at 515 but didn’t get seated until around 540. Never received an apology for being late or anything.
