Waited 30 minutes for our appointment we made a week ago for cut & fairy hair. We got a rushed one inch taken off the bottom and the stylist didn’t know how to do the fairy hair. Another lady had to do it and they didn’t even offer to style her hair. It looked worse when we walked out of there than when we got there. Super bushy and frizzy. What a joke for $50.

Terrible experience today with my 4 yr old son & 2 yr old daughter. Only my son got a hair cut. We had an Appt and did not get in the chair for 30 minutes! As parents this is a very long wait with a 4 & 2 year old. People who came after us were going before us. The haircut was absolutely terrible. He looks so bad. We did not have to fix it as my poor restless 2 year old started kicking and crying, way overdue for her nap, so we had to leave. I have had great experiences here but this was not okay, and there was no apology or acknowledgement that anything was wrong.

Nikki always does a great job with all 3 of my children. She is calm and flexible with my 3 year old who sometimes isn’t in the mood for a haircut. My daughter loves how Nikki does her braid, bang trim, etc.

My children look forward to their haircuts here with the fun chairs, tv entertainment, playhouse inside, balloons and lollipops. The staff is very professional and friendly with the children and parents. They make getting a haircut fun and the kids feel special during the whole process. Great location and costs too. Highly recommend this place to anyone with kids.
