Chelsie gave my 8m old son a wondeful first haircut, he looks adorable. She was very sweet and patient with him and took direction as to how we wanted his hair to look. Highly recommend her, we will def be bringing our son back. Thank you cookie cutters and especially Chelsie !

Everything was great with the actually hair cut. My only complaint is that there are protocols for covid that were not followed. I sat out in the car while my husband took our kiddo in. He had a mask on. Two other family’s had two sets of guardians with no masks. The only reason I had booked an appointment was because I saw you guys had great protocols. Now I’m unsure if we will be returning during covid. I was pretty upset. Why say you have protocols if you are not going to follow them.

Our 2 year old son has had his hair cut by Kristen 3 times so far and it is always a great experience. The place is kept very clean. Kristen is great with my son and she does an amazing job, and does it quickly.
