Alisha was great! She was fun. Upbeat. Listened. Didn't give me any attitude for what I was asking her to do or not do to my kids hair...as other stylists unfortunately there have. I think the stylists turn the TV's up for each kid too loud. It's LOUD and uncomfortable often times. It's so great how they ask each child what they want to watch but let's be honest, just the screen in front of them they are zoned out and sit still. Online booking is always easy.
