This was a rescheduled appointment after Cookie Cutters Lutherville declined to try to accommodate our original appointment after we arrived 10 minutes late. For a business which caters to children, this approach to late arrivals is fairly draconian.

This is the third time that we’ve brought Duke to get his haircut and this time we were not happy with the haircut. There was a big chunk of hair cut out of one side. There was nothing that could have been done by the time we noticed.

While we love coming and getting haircut there it is frustrating to have an appointment and consistently be seen 15-20 min past our scheduled time. I would suggest scheduling in 30 min increments instead of 15 so you’re not constantly running late. That being said once we are seen I’ve liked all the stylists who’ve worked with us and they do a good job with my sons hair.

One time I was turned away for being 10 minutes late, yes this appointment started 20 minutes after my scheduled time, which is not the first time that’s happened. Julie is an amazing hair cutter.

The stylist was great and the haircut was lovely but we waited way too long. I had an appointment scheduled for 5:45pm. We arrived at 5:39pm. We did not sit in the chair until after 6:15pm. I understand other kids can take longer but there was a family that arrived after us and the other stylist took that kid before my child. That haircut was done before my stylist was done with her original cut. With young kids, i think it should at least be communicated that they are running incredibly late and the first available child should take the kid that is first line.

Sabrina was great with my kids!! She is always so kind. I am very disappointed that your prices went up. That’s a pretty significant jump for a kids haircut. Especially because I have boys who need haircuts more often. Not sure I can afford to keep coming.
