Cookie Cutters was understanding and accommodating when I let them know that unforeseen traffic on the beltway was horrible. They seamlessly switched me from my original slot to a later one, with another hair stylist. We've had wonderful experiences with all of the hair stylists at Cookie Cutters. Special thanks today to Ari for being able to see us, unexpectedly, and to Ms. KeKe for her patience in the situation. (We normally meet with Ms. KeKe and she is just fantastic as well!)

The wait time was very long. Even though we had a scheduled appointment, we waited about 30 minutes if not more before anyone came to cut my son’s hair. Unfortunately, the quality of the haircut was also disappointing — it’s the worst haircut he’s had. Some areas are left long while others are very short, and overall it doesn’t look even or cohesive.
