Excellent customer service by the management! So appreciative for their help when I couldn’t get the answers I needed from the website. And my kid’s hair looks great as well. Affordable and understanding of the needs of toddlers. A great first haircut experience for my 1 year old. I will be back!

This was our second appointment at Cookie Cutters. Despite arriving early and having an appointment, the attendant took 2 clients that walked in after we arrived before us, resulting in a 45 minute wait with a toddler. No explanation as or why we were skipped over twice or apology for the wait. The same thing happened to the woman that walked in behind me. Never again.

We came for my daughter (7 yr) hair styling. Not happy about the outcome for what we expected. We asked for couple of styles with the pictures,she said okay, but it come out well, as a professional she also didn't give her best. We thought it's didn't went really well.

It's such a pleasure to have our daughters hair cut here, the stylist was kind and engaged and our daughter had a great time!
