This was our second appointment at Cookie Cutters. Despite arriving early and having an appointment, the attendant took 2 clients that walked in after we arrived before us, resulting in a 45 minute wait with a toddler. No explanation as or why we were skipped over twice or apology for the wait. The same thing happened to the woman that walked in behind me. Never again.

Bad customer service experience after being a long time and loyal customer. If I did not have a prepaid haircut card I would not be returning ever again.

We came for my daughter (7 yr) hair styling. Not happy about the outcome for what we expected. We asked for couple of styles with the pictures,she said okay, but it come out well, as a professional she also didn't give her best. We thought it's didn't went really well.

The stylist was not kid friendly and definitely not patient. It's expected with a place so fun that the hair experts reflect the vibe. But clearly she was impatient and did not connect with the kid.

The worst haircut ever. I can cut better than this. We used to have Brittany and she was very good but our most recent visit was awful. I have to take kids elsewhere to fix what they did. It does not seem the lady who did it had ANY training doing this.

I was disappointed with the hair cut my 14 month old received. I know it's not easy to cut hair when your client won't sit still, but our hair dresser didn't seem comfortable cutting hair and I had to keep asking her to cut it shorter. Not a great experience or great hair cut.
