The stylist was very nice who cut my son's hair but we had to wait half an hour even though we had a scheduled appointment Also, this isn't for me but for the staff... the staff break room needs some TLC. They always have the door open and it has just some sad folding chairs and dim lighting. After dealing with kids all day long, the staff deserve a nicer break area at the Timonium location

Very busy, felt like stylists were in "robot mode" with no personalization, conversation, etc.

We were taken on time for our appointment. My son was not initially happy with his cut, but the stylist was happy to fix it. My only issue is that I feel like we were completely rushed through the appointment. She asked what cut we wanted and took not even 5 mins to finish everything. It just felt like we were numbers she was trying to get out of the door.

My son received an awful haircut. I specifically requested Brittany. Although she was available, she did not cut my son's hair. Carly did and she did an awful job. I am embarrassed of his hair cut.

Was not pleased at all with the haircut my son recieved by one of your employees. It was Denise that cut my son's hair. She destroyed it and also cut the back of his neck really bad. He now has a scar. I've never had an issue with this place before now. It's inexcusable. I probably won't be bringing him back after that just because of the trauma he went through.
