Cookie Cutters was understanding and accommodating when I let them know that unforeseen traffic on the beltway was horrible. They seamlessly switched me from my original slot to a later one, with another hair stylist. We've had wonderful experiences with all of the hair stylists at Cookie Cutters. Special thanks today to Ari for being able to see us, unexpectedly, and to Ms. KeKe for her patience in the situation. (We normally meet with Ms. KeKe and she is just fantastic as well!)

Ari was absolutely wonderful with our daughter. She made her feel so comfortable that she didn't even move for her first haircut. We will definitely be returning to see her again.
