I feel like if you are required to make an appointment than your appointment needs to be taken on time and others should not get to go infrount of you. I felt very angry today when I showed up on time and a walkin was taken infrount of me. As this was my third time thier this week and I was fallowing instructions to make an appointment as you guys have seem to be very busy over the last week I would assume because of back to school. Overall it's a great please to go I would just recommend hiring more staff and only taking walking or reservations. Thanks

This was our first visit to the salon. When we checked in we had to wait and then watched another family take our place in the chair. When we asked, the associate said that she had just taken "insert our child's name here" to the chair. Which was incorrect because he was standing right with us. The family had been told that there were no appointments available and yet we're taking right to a chair leaving us standing in the salon. When she made the correction removing that family and putting our trial in the chair she seemed flustered and did not listen didn't even know it was her child's initial haircut visit. Her technique was terrible did not know how to cut hair around the ears as requested and try to sell his product for a 15-month-old baby. We will never go back to this location again.

They totally butchered my sons hair cut. My son had long hair that I simply wanted trimmed to be out of his eyes and they took at least four inches off and it looks horrible. It’s uneven and patchy and I don’t even want to try and get it evened out because he’d be almost bald. I’m so upset. We had family pictures next week and I canceled them because I don’t want to remember by son this way. I cried. I won’t be back, I sent my mom in with my son and she said she asked for what I wanted and they instantly ignored her and took too much off. I realize he’s a little kid, but you should still listen to what we the parents ask for. I just wanted his bangs trimmed out of his eyes. All that was required would have been half an inch.

Came in for a trim received a bowl cut. It would be fine but it is so short and the only thing that can fix that is a lot of time. Definately not picture ready for easter.

Our stylist today (Roberta) made no effort whatsoever to be kind, friendly or make my child feel at ease while getting his haircut. She actually seemed annoyed that she had to cut his hair. The haircut is not great either. Super disappointed with the experience today yet didn’t want to make a big deal out of it with my child present so I regrettably left a tip. Front desk person was friendly and welcoming. Other stylist not cutting my child’s hair made an effort to be friendly to us and greeted my baby.

Roberta was neither pleasant nor professional. This is the worst haircut we’ve ever had. Too short, completely uneven and she did not listen and seemed very rushed even though there were no other customers in the store.
