Good experience with my stylist, she did an excellent job. I like how it's a fun experience for the kids. I did notice a lot of hair on the floor in the play area and also on the couches, understandable given it's a child's hair cut place, but maybe another wipe down of the couch is a good idea so parents don't have to worry about getting tons of hair on them (it's a little itchy) :) overall, fun little place.

I was a little disappointed with the wait time. I had an appointment at 5, and they took a walk in very close to my appointment time, so I had to wait a half hour before my son's hair was cut. The sign on the door says appointments get priority over walk-ins, not today. I recommend making an appointment first thing after they open. Not enough stylists employed to take multiple clients.

The stylist was kind and did a great job listening to my daughter and cutting her hair. The environment is very kid friendly with lots of extras. My daughter felt welcomed and my other child had plenty to do while waiting. The only complaint I have is that there was hair all over, like the seats are not cleaned off after each use. when we left the child who did not get her hair cut had hair clips all over her hands. I made sure to wipe them off well and sanitize them when we got to the car.

First time coming here, great experience! Place was nice and clean, stylists were friendly and did a good job with my sons' haircuts. We've taken them for cuts before, but they like coming to places where there are toys and movies to watch.

Super cute place, and the stylists were very kind, caring and patient with my toddler who was not happy about having his hair cut!! Once he was done, he loved getting his balloon and checking.out the place!

Cookie Cutters exceeded my expectations! Sally did very well with Dylan, being efficient and patient. She explained what she was doing and why. She even explained how to style it and even how to cut it myself in the future. I will be coming back though, as she did such a better job than I could!
